Equipment arrives, gets installed and checked, and you get a walkthrough. After that, one number for service.
Spend where it counts
Mix new and used without mixing up quality
Cardio takes the most abuse and is often worth buying new with a warranty. Racks, plates, dumbbells and many strength machines hold up for years and are a smart used buy. A dealer who handles both can tell you where each dollar does the most work.
